What's the Goal of a Survey?
The goal was to find the truth. Like so many companies are like, well, we do surveys. But again, you are missing the reality of what's happening and companies do surveys and then they wonder why they still are losing their people. Most people on a survey don't answer honestly. Because they're always worried what's on the other side of the survey. We tried to create an environment where truth could be heard.
