The Secrets of the 70s

Members of the first quorum of the 70s serve until age 70 health permitting when they are granted a merit status. Members of the second quorum usually serve five years. The church makes little changes, it generally is not very forthcoming about them. But this one is just a small administrative change, but, but one that was missed by Rex Lee.
