What Appeals to Me About Self Examination?

As part of that self examination that you try to regularly engage in and that you recommend to other people it seems like an important question to ask what appeals to me about this, you know there again is looking for the cracks in our immune systems. So let's explore a few of those vulnerabilities. What are some of our base instincts are core human longings values needs and emotions that make us susceptible to fallacies and distortions. The basic idea I think is that the brain is not a truth finding machine. It doesn't exist to find truth. It exists for survival.
