The Impact of COVID on the Construction Industry
The biggest impact was in the supply chain is when COVID hit initially, it wasn't too big of a deal because most of the supplies were on hand. It impacted their daily production and all of a sudden, you know, we wanted things supplied to the job. electrical equipment was a huge one. So a lot of that stuff was manufactured overseas in China,. primarily, and all of a sudden switch gear and things like that that normally would take, I don't know, two, three months lead time are blown out the window.
