In your paper, you make a very strong case. You're saying it is inevitable that there's going to be Chita farmer conflict. The action plan suggests speedy compensation of the farmers whose livestock has been killed or suspected to have been killed by Chita would actually resolve this. Do you think this is a reasonable way of addressing it? This assumption? It could be. I mean, I don't know the area. I do not know the culture of the livestock holds there. Of course, this needs quite some logistics because somebody has to go quickly when it's reported and make sure that it is really a kill for Machita.
