The Myopic View of Electric Cars and Public Transportation

There are a lot of benefits to electric cars versus traditional internal combustion engine cars. But looking at it through such a myopic point of view is missing a much bigger picture for how we need to address our transportation systems and the climate movement as a whole. There's a much better way to live and more satisfying to more people than having everybody own a personal vehicle, regardless of if it runs on electricity or gasoline.
