How Thor Invented a Stock Exchange
Thor: We were thinking we'd build this sort of generic order router that would be broker agnostic. And then, you know, doing actual matching of orders kind of more of an exchange function that we kind of have on the side is like a little side business. That as the main business grew and grew, we'd have more opportunities to have where we'd have a buy and a sell at the same time. So that was kind of how the idea evolved in terms of the logistics and starting a stock exchange or an ATS and hopefully soon to be a stock exchange.
