Is There a Wage Price Spiraling Into Inflation?
So far, we're not seeing that many dominoes in the chain fall. The pain has been surprisingly contained and limited. We also see a decline in employment in employment services which suggests that companies are planning to pull back on hiring. I think they may just be more patient. They may slow down. In past inflationary episodes, it's taken for 5 years to bring inflation back down.
