Is Everything a Hallucination?

When we use the word hallucination kind of colloquially, usually means false perception. It's just that when people are actually hallucinating, their perceptual predictions are not being appropriately reigned in by sensory data. So what we call normal perception is another kind of hallucination, but it's a controlled one where our brain's predictions are all the time being guided by our interactions with the world.
