The first question we really interested in is why did you start it? You gave a hint of you'd come up through different markets and stuff, but it's still quite a big undertaking. It came from nowhere. And then it took kind of took over in terms of the commentary on the strategy. But why did you decide to do it? I think for me, I've always, I've never been sure of whether what I'm doing is the right way to do it or is an effective way todo it.
