Carte is an anti CD 19 CAR T cell therapy for refractory systemic olympus arithometosis. The disease is manifested by the production of auto antibodies against various different antigens, which are mostly nucleic acids but there are other things as well. And it turns out that these immune complexes will trigger a feed forward loop where they cause antibodies through the stimulation of TLRs to produce more auto antibodies.
