Toll - Should You Wait a Year?

Toll has less of an impact than entry level buyers who are scraping together a down payment and for whom, you know, the almost doubling in mortgage costs between home price appreciation and higher rates is really hurting them. I would say if you want to buy a home and you have the money for it, don't wait. That's my view. You can get too cute about this and yet things might be better a year or two from now, but they might be worse.
