The seaside shanty leaves a lot to be desired friends. One gets the sense, when traversing its holes and haunts, that it used to be a pretty swinging place. But as agents Washington and Harris make their way to the lounge, there is little to admire. When they finally arrive, Frank the Stank and his cheerful humming are the only bright spots in an otherwise dreary and forgotten teaky lounge.
