The meditation is very simple. I will repeat o three times at a stretch. And you don't repeat it. You just listen to the om and think. With your eyes closed and sitting relaxed, you just think when the o is coming. As it merges into the oo, it'll be one continuous o. Imagine it merging into the dream state, your dreams. There is no knower. There's no known. It's oneness, blank. Beyond that, in the silence, drop the waking and the waker, drop the dreaming and the dreamer. Drop the deep sleep and the deep sleeper.
