What Gets You Out of Bed in the Morning?
Litigation that I've been involved in over the years has been right at the cutting edge of the development of the law. This is really an emerging area in terms of notions of good faith, notions of unconscionability and what constitutes fair and reasonable conduct in a business setting. And then obviously, cartel-related matters haven't come up that frequently. Last year was an exception in terms of the sheer volume of matters that were brought to a head in that space. But they're really technical and they have a heavy economic component. So they're very intellectually challenging,. And it's high risk.
