The Origins of Consciousness
Theories of consciousness like Roger Penrose are that think the brain creates consciousness. In one such scheme, proto conscious experiences a basic property of physical reality accessible to a quantum process associated with brain activity. Our souls are in fact constructed from the very fabric of the universe and may have existed since the beginning of time. It reminded me of our conversation of panpsychism.
