The Importance of Breaking Tasks Into Tasks

I had an interesting conversation with students this week about perfectionism and procrastination, which also leads to sleep deprivation. I talked to the students about how to break it into smaller pieces so that they could build in time to get help. And when they start to see that bad nights of sleep result in days that are not all that productive or work well, it's like, huh, I didn't know it was that related.
