It's still common to see some people advocating for a low fat diet for cardiovascular disease how do you feel about that? I guess opinions change slowly over humans it's something hardwired into us that people have a hard time changing their beliefs based on even strong evidence as it emerges. There's still lags people out in the front lines working with patients often don't have good access to information and of course the internet still confuses people there's lots of just noise out there about diet.
