Sammi: I think the entire attitude of self care and kindness to yourself is completely misin ted. Most of these people pander to the state that society is in right now, a which is a very lazy, a very apathetic, a very much entitled state. And i personally find it very irresponsible to make people feel ok being a less than what they could be. It's the job of people in my position a to push people, to set the bar for people, to tell them the truth about what it takes to win.
