The Costs of the Lawsuit in the United States
Kristoff's a leki and Ian Mason, we're wondering about who would contribute to the costs of the lawsuit so far. In American courts, somewhat uniquely we're different from most of the rest of the world in this regard. It might have been different if the lawsuit were filed in Kristoff's home country of Germany by Kristoff. But in the United States, we follow the so called American rule where you bear your own costs.
