Do You Know of Any Teams That Are Awesome?

There's a really good blog post by a guy named Dan Liu. He said he just went around a conference one day and asked people, do you know of a company that isn't like highly dysfunctional? And basically everyone said no, every place I've ever worked has been really dysfunctional. People were more likely to suggest good teams than good companies overall. So you might want to try and find a good team inside of a company. That usually involves some combination of a good manager, good teammates, like good mission, good product people.
