One of the ideas that i greatly appreciate from jimmnbury's research is that challenge difficulties are an important stimulus for growing. You can't read learning leadership without being challenged to aspire to be better,. Especially with project managers have been in their role for a while, i find it's easy, if we're really s to start coasting to tistic step status quo. This is just kond of how i am to stop seeking to learn more or stretch.
