I think monk is like You know, he didn't say I'm a genius because I'm most like myself. He said a genius is the one most like himself And hopefully that gets you as connected to you as a person as possible. Your music is is part of that and not disconnected But there's a lot of work that goes involved in that. That's just a such a deep thing. It's life changing really absolutely.
