How to Track Developer Well-Being
We just send a survey for all the developers using the product and they answer zero to 10. We track daily week because if this is common that developers are going 300 directions instead of like starting this one task and getting that one task done, we look at ENPS. If you're ENPS is slow, you know, you have a better culture for your developers. But we are like going deeper and deeper, trying to figure out how to do more.
