The Importance of Going Above and Beyond for Your Guest Experience
When you're posting one or two properties now, and all of a sudden you've got 10, maintaining that becomes a big challenge. Cleaning is the hardest part of this industry to do effectively, efficiently,. And so I really focused on that. If you can create an amazing guest experience, they do two things. They come back and they send their friends. So we were fanatical about it. We obviously focused on the core components of it. From there, what we did is we started asking the guests what they wanted; if you're not surveying your guests today, I highly recommend it.
