The Practicalities of Gaps

We were already gluten free and had been gluten free for years before we looked at gaps. We went back on complex carbohydrate but only sort of lighter grains like a millet and a kemah sweep data things like that. I wanted to talk a bit about the practicalities which maybe you can just kind of reflect things to me that I miss here because Bob has a better memory than me so I try and remember and then he corrects necessarily for this sort of thing I'll try.
