Caffeine and Endurance Performance

Caffeine stimulates the brain. The caffeine acts on certain parts of the brain that are involved in generating perception of effort so that when you go out and run a 10 minute mile, it feels easier than if you haven't had caffeine first. I've been seeing this like headset that you put on your head in like, it sends like electricity through your brain to stimulate the brain before a workout or training session. They're doing weird 21st century brave new world stuff now.
