Working Together - Is Gold Setting a Science?

I was just thinking about the conflict, because what you are basically saying is that we, as a user researcher, go into the research without knowing how people will b and trying to figure it out. I mean, yet, that always happens. And that's why i think working together, like even with, let's say, like gold setting, right? Like you could say that, ok? Gold setting is known to improve. When going back to the same example, t, i can stick with it,. Let's say all the literature says that setting stupcals or an can improve her behavior by the end of the day. It miy not fit in that eco system.
