Is Parallel Build a Good Option for Smaller Projects?

Closure script can do parallel builds, which will use multiple cores on your box to compile things. There's now a change on master that will basically make it so that it can both analyze and compile on separate threads. And what I saw by doing that is like for some of the smaller projects that I had, if you turn on parallel build, then things get to be about 16 to 20 percent faster.
