Is There a Workforce Plan at the Moment?

Is there a workforce plan at the moment? Is this like the first time you've ever had a workforce plan? I don't know, I'm just asking. The NHS's already told me to have health for constantly working out workforce flows - but as good as he said, without actually doing it. Plenty more coming on this over the next few weeks; we'll talk about things that you need to do before the new tax year starts in April.
