The Importance of Frontal Plane in Performance

i'm working with two sprinters right now who's acceleration first few steps out of a two-point or the blocks could get a lot better because they don't have a lot of frontal plane usage. So often i think when we see people who struggle like in a sprint start and oh i want you to get more frontal plane but now we're not going into breathing or breath work um maybe we can go as well.
