I use the ESP32s, I've got two of them across the house running the BLE proxy and I have those connected in via there. So yeah, it just kind of, there's a battery popped into it, wait like 30 seconds and bam, it's there in home assistant with all of its sensors exposed. The Xiaomi plant sensor does the ESP32, I just have plugged in. And then again, I don't run anything else on these ones. so it literally just plug in the USB in through there. It was in my previous rental, so it was, I used it to as a Bluetooth gateway for the Soma blind controller that was in my rental,.
