Leadership was everything, because we had the best leader who knew how to access who needed to be accessed. And so my job was psychologically helping everybody, like, ok, let's we can do this. Let's do this together? How can i help you? Let's do it again. It became a gift for me to be ableto help them, to allay their fearsbut my main point is leadership. Leadership and modelling helped a lot.
