The Last Poem

Hospice in East London had participants from across all different ages, ethnicities and geographies. We saw many older people who wanted to share the experiences that they'd had of caring for people or supporting them. And we saw some of the most amazing experiences being discussed as people were talking about things for the first time. Richard: "Sitting with the dying teaches us how to die"
