How to Manage Your Listing and Check-Ins

When you're traveling, when you are on the road how do you actually manage your listing and check-ins? Well so my listing because I do sometimes travel places where there's absolutely no internet whatsoever, I'll just turn at the listing off during that time. And then as far as people staying here I basically I give guests two options. They can either have me hire a maid to clean and prep the place for them before they arrive or they can pay half price and take the place as the previous guests loved it so that it won't be prepped.
