Is Your Pelvic Position a Complex Problem?

The pelvis is really interesting because each side of your pelvis actually moves opposite of the other one during a gate cycle. It's also really easy to get caught in a two-dimensional mindset where I'm only thinking about the sagittal plane and that anterior and posterior tilt. Truthfully, the pelvis moves in all three planes of motion and it has to rotate and laterally tilt as well.
