The Importance of Team Federation in Complex Rules
At one point in time, there was just kind of a single group that was in charge of it all. So by kind of breaking up the centrality of our group and creating these federating teams to take on some of that work, we were able not only just to distribute the workload but distribute the knowledge. We wound up developing these teams that really had a deeper sensitivity into what the heck needed to happen. They had a lot of that kind of sentient knowledge about the data that was specific to their world and were able to take it much further than we were ever able to.
