trust in all institutions, has been declining throughout the twentieth and 20 first centuries. The youngest Americans are more than twice as likely to say that most people can't be trusted. I think one example of this is social media. If you're like a 15 year old kid, seeing how your nation's leaders and the most influential and powerful people are ving on line, how do you trust them? And i don't think a lot of it so nessarely malice, but people who are distrustful are quick to read malice into all this. They don't trust them. Because they think there's some kind of sinister benda going on.
