I'm always astonished particularly like working at a coalition where our members are building size tenant unions. The point is to actually support the formation of new tenant unions and so you know grow the movement that way especially geographically. So yeah I guess it's really just about being really open-minded because I've been doing this myself as a tenant organizer for a quarter of my life."
