No Repentance Is So Left
There's like a moment that I always find whenever I read this text, like deeply resonant for me. And it's a moment where Vabors insight is based on his resonance with the way that it resonates with him. Some of us will be among God's elect and chosen. We will be given grace. And there is fucking nothing you can do to get yourself some of that grace. If you don't got it, you ain't got it. No repentance doesn't get such a cruel Christianity. It takes repentance away from you. You're not even allowed to repent in Protestantism as a theology. The whole thing is so left-of-the-right. That
