We have two primary different states that the nervous system can be in sympathetic parasympathetic. The fight-off flight response is designed for action and then we have our rest and digest. Most of us already spend too much time being up regulated Work stress and not sleeping enough stay up too late at night processed foods over caffeinated financial stress all that shit. Jiu Jitsu so much adrenaline that is extremely up regulating Yeah, and here's the thing like it's not bad to be up regulated. You need to be for Jiu Jitsu Don't you definitely but the problem is you go home and For the quality of your life you need to down regulate.
