Developing Innovating Capabilities

The point that i make in buill to innovate. Is that instead of splitting the company in the innovators, the arndy people, and the people who are professionals of innovation,. I'm just arguing that anybody has innovating capabilities to start with. Plus, if we give them permission, if we gives them training, they can develop innovating capabilities. So the the argument is to have anyan, anybody in the company, be able to operate in both engines. Not necessarily at the same moment, at a precise time, but anybody, even at the front line, even a receptionist, can find er e times et, participate in some ennovating activity.
