The European fund of about $600 billion worth at the moment that is being used to go out into the open market to buy military stuff for Ukraine. If this opens up plants or 155 mill artillery plants and other heavy industrial plants delivering the tanks and guns in Europe then that is a watershed moment I would suggest.
