The problem is that in most cases, when we dentify a mechanism, it is very difficult to say if two mechanisms are highly similar because we only know part of the mechanisms. For instance, consider the limited knowleds about derelobant mechanisms. But even in that case, we can identify ar relevant difference. And our point is that the problems are so relevant in that case.
