Six of the ten highest paid executives ran companies that weren't in the S&P 500 including Stephen Schwartzman from Blackstone. The biggest pay package overall at two hundred fifty three million dollars about a hundred ninety million dollars came in the form of carried interest and incentive fee allocations. Most hedge fund managers not on that list because this is publicly traded as they get exact billions in a year.
