The Difference Between Net Banking and Cash Payments

A digital currency is an absolute cash. So when you transact today in balance, for example you are going to pay a merchant some money. You don't go and tell your bank that, hey, I am paying 100 rupees to so and so much. The only challenge with cash is it's in a physical form. But if I make it digital, then I get benefit of cash, right? Which is like faster settlement, no issues of recon and stuff like that.
