"I don't like paying attention to lyrics is something that I probably stopped doing in high school, to be honest with you," he says. "If Dave Grohl wasn't in Nirvana, they would be the coolest band in the world." The Foo Fighters have some of the best songs of all time but their lyrics are so rudimentary it's a waste. He also talks about his love for Mick Jagger and how 'we're getting into an era now' when people care more about sentiment than sentiment.
