The CIA's Magic Tricks
In the 1950s, the CIA invested in teaching their agents some magic tricks like sleight of hand distraction stuff. And last but not least, the CIA doesn't always use money to barter for intelligence. For example, during the Vietnam War, the Vietnamese farmers were often paid in tools because it was more valuable to them. An Afghan chieftain was once paid for intelligence on the Taliban in Viagra.
