CPR: The First Response to a Shooting

Officer Stassney was one of the first on the scene. The car camera was rolling as he and his partner drove toward the gunshots. He knew right away, it was bad. As he continued CPR, he heard his sergeant identify the victim. Mark Hasey that he was a DA prosecutor.
