The Future of Batching in Renewable Energy Zones

The idea of a batch is when you have, say, a renewable energy zone and you've got 10 or some number of non-synchronous generators wanting to connect. You basically set all of their technical responses at once and in coordination with each other so they connect as a batch. It's been difficult to develop from a regulatory and a commercial sense. I think we are going to have to do it.
